Privacy policy
Controller
The provider named in the imprint is responsible for data processing on this website.
Scope
This policy covers the termin.email marketing pages (this domain) as well as the technical processing the platform performs when operating the booking pages of all providers (outgoing mail queue for confirmation and reminder emails, abuse protection with truncated IP addresses, diagnostic log, see below). For the purposes of booking with a specific provider, that provider’s own privacy policy, linked on their booking page, applies in addition.
No cookies
These pages do not set a single cookie and do not embed external resources such as Google Fonts, analytics services or tracking pixels.
Server access data
When you access these pages, the web server briefly processes technically necessary access data (including IP address, time, and page requested) for security and stability purposes (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Diagnostic log of the booking flow
So that we can help a provider when a guest reports that a booking did not go through, the platform keeps a technical diagnostic log of the booking flow (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, fault diagnosis). It is stored on the server in Germany and deleted automatically after four days at the latest.
An entry contains technical details such as the time, a random correlation ID (it is also embedded as a technical comment in the source of the response page so that a reported failed attempt can be matched), the event (such as “time slot already taken” or “booking created”), the identifier of the event type, the start of the requested time slot and, for existing bookings, their technical booking UID. The guest’s name, email address, IP address and notes are never logged.
Hosting
This website is operated on a server in Germany. No personal data is transferred to countries outside the EU.
