Bot info
This page is aimed at automated crawlers and explains how termin.email handles bots.
termin.email does not crawl other websites
Unlike monitoring services, for example, termin.email does not operate a crawler that visits other websites. Outbound traffic only goes to addresses you set up yourself: your CalDAV and SMTP endpoints and, if you configured webhooks, their target addresses. Webhook delivery runs every minute through a cron job and transmits the event data of the booking concerned.
Crawling these marketing pages
Search engine crawlers (e.g. Googlebot, Bingbot) and AI answer-engine crawlers (e.g. GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot) are welcome to index the public content on this domain. A robots.txt file governs access; management areas (/app, /admin, /api) and personalised guest management links (/b/…) are excluded from it.
Public tenant booking pages
The public profile and booking pages of individual tenants (e.g. /tenant) contain only the details the respective provider has entered themselves (name, event types, legal texts) — no personal data about guests. Their indexing follows the same rules as the other public pages.
