Scheduling hosted in Germany

Appointment booking without compromise on privacy and accessibility

Appointment booking without detours: GDPR-compliant, accessible, cookie-free for your guests.

Cookie-free for guests · hosted in Germany · accessible to WCAG 2.2

What sets us apart from other providers

GDPR-compliant from day one

Hosted in Germany, data minimisation, encrypted credentials, a genuine deletion concept under Art. 17 GDPR and data subject rights built into the product — no tracking and no data sharing with third parties.

Already accessible to WCAG 2.2

The public booking flow meets WCAG 2.2 at level AA. The German Accessibility Act (BFSG) still requires WCAG 2.1 today. The new version of the standard EN 301 549 already specifies WCAG 2.2 and becomes binding once the European Commission cites it in the Official Journal. We checked all 55 criteria one by one, and the report is public.

Fixes from the tenth review round across the whole product

  • If you save the questions of an appointment type, the guests’ earlier answers are kept. Before, they were lost on every save. Only if you delete a question do the answers to it disappear. If you change the text of a question, the earlier answers apply to the new wording. For a question with a different meaning, add a new one instead.
  • The embedded booking window no longer grows by itself. It also has a white background, so it stays readable on dark pages. Anyone who submits the booking form twice (double click, back button) now sees “already booked for you” instead of “taken”, and no second booking is created.
  • The lock after five wrong sign-in attempts applies to the account, not to one spelling of the address. Emails to guests keep being retried for up to 48 hours when the mail server is down, instead of expiring for good after a little over an hour.
  • For team appointments the workload is counted in the month of the appointment. The calendar sync takes a broken read calendar out of the run instead of dragging all the following ones down. A Jitsi appointment without an address, a reminder lead time under 15 minutes and a price with a comma are explained or rejected on saving instead of being stored wrongly in silence.
