Accessibility statement

termin.email Demo is committed to making its online scheduling accessible to everyone, in line with the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG) and the European Accessibility Act.

Scope

This statement applies to the publicly accessible online scheduling of termin.email Demo.

Compliance status

The scheduling flow meets the success criteria of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA and therefore also WCAG 2.1 AA, which the standard EN 301 549 currently references. This is based on the platform operator’s criterion-by-criterion self-assessment. The entire booking flow works fully without JavaScript, is keyboard operable and marked up for screen readers; colour contrast is enforced server-side to at least 4.5:1.

Known limitations

Texts written by termin.email Demo, such as descriptions of appointment types, are marked up with the language set for termin.email Demo. If a single text is written in another language, a screen reader may read it with the wrong pronunciation. This concerns WCAG success criterion 3.1.2 "Language of Parts".
